Admission Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Present the course offerings of WBS CODING SCHOOL to potential students.

• Offer customized assistance throughout the application process, including details about courses and funding opportunities.

• Interact with prospective students across all communication platforms.

• Conduct interviews as part of the application procedure.

• Execute administrative responsibilities related to the prospective student experience.

• Recognize and communicate insights regarding trends, challenges, best practices, and other developments to the Admission team and various departments.

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students from the initial outreach to the signing of contracts.

• Facilitate the successful admission of candidates.

• Highly organized individual with a keen attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential.

• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and sensitivity to individual applicant needs.

• Open-minded and solution-oriented mindset towards admissions and student recruitment.

• Prior experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is preferred.

• A passion for the IT sector and emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.

• Advanced understanding of adult education and the tech industry is a plus.
