This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prepare, review, and/or edit correspondence, letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports.
• Execute data entry and perform general administrative tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality in all interactions.
• Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files.
• Photocopy, fax, scan, and arrange documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing.
• Accurately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Navigate reimbursement processes involving private, public, and federal funding.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is necessary for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to create or maintain processes that ensure relevant information and tools are readily accessible.
• Adhere to professional standards of conduct within a business environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear and consistent communication skills.
• Ability to respond swiftly in a dynamic and evolving environment.
