This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Upload documents to member files
• Input data into member files
• Create barcodes for document cataloging
• Organize information pertinent to members
• Assess incoming data to detect errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
• Achieve productivity standards in line with the learning curve
• Utilize various tools and confirm transaction feasibility
• Support special projects as directed by a direct supervisor or team leader
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• Facilitate client transactions within the group life and disability sector of an insurance company
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficient user with solid knowledge of the Office Suite
• Comfortable working with technology
• Good typing speed with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
• Strong, clear, and effective communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• One year of administrative experience is preferred
• Computer equipment provided
• No sales or solicitation involved
• Work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
