Adjunct Faculty, Applied Psychology and Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accept assignments based on expertise and the needs of the school as required.

• Deliver high-quality instruction utilizing a pre-designed curriculum.

• Mentor doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.

• Provide constructive feedback to aid in successful completion.

• Be reachable within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and in the courseroom.

• Travel within the United States to attend doctoral residencies.

• Utilize the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.

• Set high standards and clarify evaluation criteria for learners.

• Comply with University policies and procedures.

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as necessary.

• Engage in additional activities based on the needs of the university.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior online teaching experience is required.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level.

• Research, scholarship, or notable achievements in the discipline are required for graduate-level roles.

• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and supervising research in the discipline is necessary.

• Proven knowledge of academic evaluation processes.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the University.

• Proficient in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated familiarity with academic technology is required.

• Strong computer skills are necessary.

• Capability to professionally and ethically manage potentially stressful situations.

• All degrees must be conferred and obtained from a regionally accredited institution.

• A doctorate degree in psychology is mandatory.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally within the United States.

• Ability to access information using a computer is required.

• Must meet critical thinking and problem-solving requirements aligned with job responsibilities.

• Must be prepared to work more than 40 hours per week when business demands necessitate.
