This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Provide information and assistance to customers via chat regarding products, their features, and various stages of their lifecycle.

• Manage inquiries through chat and written communication channels.

• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely responses.

• Offer a professional, friendly, and effective customer service experience.

• Analyze requests and issues to quickly identify appropriate solutions.

• Contribute to creating a positive and satisfying experience by ensuring a high level of service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of the Italian language.

• Availability to work 100% remotely from Bulgaria.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as per shift scheduling.

• Good organizational skills with a structured and analytical approach.

• Problem-solving aptitude and a strong customer orientation.

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not mandatory.
