This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, design firms, builders, developers, and general contractors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by showcasing in-depth product and service knowledge.
• Lead National Builder, multifamily, and commercial project strategies and initiatives at the divisional level.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share, product penetration, and revenue.
• Oversee builder accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities.
• Work in collaboration with product development, marketing, and operations teams.
• Establish sales forecasts, performance objectives, and progress monitoring systems.
• Provide product advice, training, and demonstrations.
• Travel within the assigned territory and participate in industry events.
• Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights to the Regional Sales Director.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the building industry, with a focus on regional custom home builders, multifamily, and commercial projects.
• Experience in the Stone Industry is preferred.
• Strong grasp of sales processes, market dynamics, and the needs of the builder segment.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with builder partners.
• Capability to develop and implement growth-focused sales strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 75% of the time.
• Capacity to attend and deliver presentations.
• Manual dexterity to operate a desktop computer and its peripherals.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 lbs.
