This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Position Caesarstone as a leader in both brand and category within the Denver and Phoenix markets.
• Foster connections with architects, designers, design influencers, educators, regional and custom home builders, developers, and general contractors.
• Nurture and sustain client relationships while serving as a reliable advisor on products and services.
• Discover and chase new sales opportunities within the architecture and design field.
• Educate, motivate, and engage designers via product knowledge sessions, lunch-and-learns, design and development meetings, CEU presentations, industry events, and social media platforms.
• Offer product solutions tailored to project design, application, and budget necessities.
• Enhance project win rates by adhering to the New Development business process.
• Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain a project opportunity pipeline aimed at securing product specifications for new multifamily development projects.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and advantages.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend client challenges and objectives, leading to customized proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to guarantee efficient project execution and delivery.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide management with valuable insights.
• Act as a representative for Caesarstone at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Utilize Caesarstone systems and third-party tools to discover new project leads.
• Travel frequently to engage with both existing and prospective customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related area of experience.
• At least 3-5 years of demonstrated sales success with a proven ability to persuade and influence others.
• Experience in the Stone Industry is preferred.
• Established record in B2B sales, particularly within architectural or design-related sectors.
• Strong grasp of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and current trends.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations, along with composing and editing written materials.
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities leading to sales success.
• Skill in translating client needs into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Valid Driver's License and flexibility to work a varying schedule with potential overnight travel.
• Proficient in using desktop computers and peripherals, requiring manual dexterity.
• Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
