This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Propel the growth and usage of the CentriMag blood pump system within the designated region.
• Act as the regional authority on the application of CentriMag for Extra-Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) and cannulation.
• Focus on acquiring new centers for the adoption of CentriMag.
• Foster customer relationships and enhance product utilization through education and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to enhance product usage and strengthen account relationships.
• Identify and evaluate potential accounts for CentriMag.
• Work alongside Territory Managers and Business Development Managers throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct product demonstrations and gain endorsements from key clinical stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions after the purchase.
• Attend significant ECLS meetings and national society gatherings as required.
• Cultivate and develop key opinion leaders interested in ACS/ECLS.
• Provide education to sales and clinical teams on CentriMag and the latest trends in ECLS and ACS.
• Contribute competitive selling points, suggestions for product development, and sales support materials.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with Territory Managers and Clinical Consultants.
• Clinical experience in areas pertinent to acute mechanical circulatory support.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities.
• Background in a team selling environment.
• Successful sales experience in a highly competitive market.
• Ability to collaborate with sales peers to finalize sales.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Capability to work efficiently from a home office.
• Must manage the majority of personal typing, filing, and communication tasks.
• Maintains a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of and compliance with AdvaMed guidelines.
• Preferred educational background in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or another medical field.
• Certificate in Circulatory Sciences and Perfusion (CCP) is desirable.
• Ideally, 5 or more years of industry experience.
• Ability to safeguard and responsibly manage company equipment and confidential information.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with territory, clinical, training and education, marketing, technical support, and management teams.
• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to assisting others.
