This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of requirements gathering from Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses on native NetSuite features, SuiteApps, and custom developments.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, and manage stakeholder approvals.
• Maintain and prioritize the enhancement backlog effectively.
• Document both current-state and future-state process flows.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding NetSuite usage.
• Create custom fields, records, forms, saved searches, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Write and manage light-to-moderate SuiteScript 2.x scripts.
• Implement changes through the CI/CD pipeline from sandbox to testing to production using SDF and Git.
• Engage in code review and release management processes.
• Collaborate with developers or contractors on intricate integrations, Map/Reduce scripts, and extensive custom builds.
• Configure Advanced Revenue Management and establish revenue recognition rules.
• Develop and sustain custom financial statements using the Financial Report Builder.
• Support OneWorld consolidations, multi-currency transactions, intercompany processes, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
• Oversee roles, permissions, and configuration modifications.
• Keep technical and functional documentation up to date.
• Monitor governance limits and escalate necessary changes that require deeper development involvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NetSuite, primarily in a functional/business analyst role.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event, Client, and Scheduled scripts.
• Familiar with SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles as they pertain to NetSuite, including sandbox/test/production promotion, SDF, Git, version control, and structured release cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis and coordinating UAT processes.
• Preferred NetSuite certifications include SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant.
• Exposure to SuiteTalk/REST APIs or middleware is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
