This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Propel the growth and application of the CentriMag blood pump system within the designated region.
• Act as the regional authority on CentriMag for Extra-Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) and cannulation.
• Target prospective new centers for the adoption of CentriMag.
• Foster customer relationships and enhance product usage through education and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to boost utilization and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and assess potential accounts for CentriMag.
• Work alongside Territory Managers and Business Development Managers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and gain support from key clinical stakeholders.
• Assist in sales operations while the Territory Manager handles primary quoting and final sales transactions.
• Lead and organize post-purchase training sessions.
• Attend significant ECLS and national society meetings as required.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders interested in ACS/ECLS.
• Educate sales and clinical colleagues on CentriMag and current trends in ECLS and ACS.
• Provide competitive selling arguments, suggestions for product development, and sales support materials.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager while working closely with Territory Managers and Clinical Consultants.
• Clinical experience in areas related to acute mechanical circulatory support.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• A sales-oriented mindset with at least 3 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities.
• Background in a team-selling environment.
• Successful sales experience in a highly competitive landscape.
• Capability to collaborate with sales colleagues to finalize sales.
• Maintains a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate effectively from a home office.
• Must provide the majority of their own typing, filing, and communication support.
• Understanding of and adherence to AdvaMed guidelines.
• Preferred: experience with pediatric patients.
• Preferred educational background in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or another medical field.
• Certification in Circulatory Sciences and Perfusion (CCP) is desirable.
• Ideally, 5 or more years of industry experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with territory, clinical, training and education, marketing, technical support, and management teams.
• Willingness and drive to assist others.
