Actuarial Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a department or function by carrying out assigned tasks and assisting with various projects.

• Engage in projects that address the needs of the department or facility.

• Collaborate with team members to find solutions and achieve both individual and team objectives.

• Participate in team and department meetings while contributing relevant knowledge and skills.

• Acquire understanding of department and facility operations, including job shadowing where applicable.

• Aid department or facility personnel with designated tasks.

• Complete assigned internship projects, taking responsibility for outcomes and deadlines.

• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, involving others as necessary.

• Provide operational and clerical assistance as required.

• Attend a mandatory Microsoft Teams video interview and may participate in onsite interviews and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrolled as a student in business-related fields (Finance, Communications, Marketing, HR, legal, etc.).

• Currently in the first two years of an undergraduate program at a recognized institution.

• Education credentials will be verified.

• Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, and scheduling applications.

• Experience in a role that necessitates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capable of speaking, hearing/listening, seeing, and possessing manual dexterity.

• Must reside outside of California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington.
