Accounts Receivable Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the AR Manager as the first US-offshore member of the AR Specialist team.

• Review newly established and modified customer contracts to confirm that billing terms, pricing, and schedules are accurate.

• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management to ensure that order forms and contract terms are accurately reflected in the billing setup.

• Complete vendor setup forms and oversee the vendor portal/PO process setup, including conducting verification calls.

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies, working with internal teams to issue credit memos or correct invoices.

• Distribute invoices using Tesorio campaigns through the company's AR group email.

• Monitor the AR group email and Tesorio to identify overdue accounts, manage the dunning process, and initiate proactive outreach to expedite the collection of aged and high-risk receivables.

• Work in conjunction with legal, sales, customer success, and accounting leadership.

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting closures, general operational tasks, and ad hoc projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, showcasing project management capabilities and the resolution of large and complex accounts.

• Ability to organize working hours to collaborate effectively with a US-based team.

• Practical experience in billing, including invoice creation, contract review, and revenue/billing reconciliation.

• Self-driven team player with robust communication, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office and GSuite tools.

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

• Background in the SaaS industry with a solid understanding of key SaaS metrics such as ARR is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Maxio/SaaSOptics and Tesorio is preferred.
