This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Process daily invoices for countries worldwide, encompassing both PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Conduct a three-way match of invoices with corresponding PO lines.
• Respond to help desk inquiries and provide resolutions as needed.
• Assess invoice errors and exceptions, investigating their underlying causes.
• Utilize knowledge of tax concepts in the US, Europe, and India.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and Requestors to address discrepancies in invoice payments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to business partners and suppliers.
• Review travel and expense (T&E) reports in Concur in accordance with the Global T&E policy, ensuring adherence to internal and external audit standards.
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes.
• Establish relationship frameworks with internal stakeholders for ongoing feedback.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and employees across North America, Europe, and the APAC region.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and T&E operations.
• Prior experience with Concur, Coupa, and NetSuite applications is essential.
• Familiarity with Zip is preferred.
• Understanding of AP and basic procurement processes is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
