This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Investigate and address accounts payable discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Assist the invoice-processing BPO by ensuring invoices are processed completely, accurately, and punctually in NetSuite.
• Verify that accounts payable operations adhere to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee accounts payable mailboxes and communication channels, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Process vendor invoices within NetSuite.
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts payable accounts and examine any exceptions.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting to facilitate timely and accurate payments.
• Execute month-end closing tasks for accounts payable.
• Ensure vendor master data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing accounts payable processes and automation.
• Maintain documentation and training resources related to accounts payable.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting, focusing on financial processing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed accounts payable settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in accounts payable process improvement and technology innovation.
• Detail-oriented with structured and systematic working methods.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Reliable home internet connection is required.
• Authorization to work legally in your residing location.
• A formal accounting education or related qualification is a plus.
• Experience in payroll processing is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite is a benefit.
