Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Examine, code, and record incoming invoices

• Process and address invoices, credit notes, and pending items

• Reconcile and manage vendor accounts to ensure high-quality data

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding unresolved inquiries

• Handle payment reminders and discrepancies

• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Enhance and digitize current accounts payable processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification

• Professional experience in accounts payable or accounting

• Strong understanding of reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices

• Proficient in commonly used accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Excellent numerical skills

• Methodical and organized approach to tasks

• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-focused work style

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Enjoyment in engaging with internal departments and external partners

• Eagerness to improve existing processes
