This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Adhere to established accounts payable standard operating procedures to ensure audit compliance and continuity.
• Process urgent requests, bulk invoice uploads into the ERP system, summary billings, consolidated vendor invoices, and purchase order-based IT invoices.
• Supervise the release of checks on a bi-daily basis.
• Manage and address vendor dispute cases effectively.
• Execute check stops and voids, while investigating potential fraudulent activities.
• Handle shared inboxes and process inquiries and invoices accordingly.
• Provide support to managed services business partners and resolve any processing issues that arise.
• Conduct quality audits as required.
• Perform statement reconciliations for key vendors.
• Offer backup assistance for lead tasks as needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders, markets, departments, and vendors.
• Minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial operations role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least one year of practical experience using Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong capability to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in working across multiple computer screens.
• Familiarity with OCR and ERP systems.
