This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee shared Accounts Payable inboxes for Spreetail UK and Germany, managing supplier invoices and addressing finance inquiries.

• Reconcile inventory and freight invoices with purchase orders, rate cards, and Linnworks; investigate and rectify discrepancies.

• Process and upload Accounts Payable and sales invoices into Xero and DATEV.

• Reconcile Accounts Payable ledgers, bank payments, supplier statements, cashflow trackers, Xero, and P&L accounts.

• Assist with month-end closing and audits by validating invoice records, preparing Accounts Payable approval reports, ensuring cashflow accuracy, and supplying necessary documentation.

• Oversee daily finance operations throughout the complete accounts payable cycle.

• Collaborate with merchants, suppliers, and account managers to ensure accurate financial records and cash position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable and finance operations position, preferably within an e-commerce, logistics, or multi-entity setting.

• Practical experience with Xero.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and maintaining/updating a cashflow tracker.

• Strong reconciliation skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable working with UK and Germany entities, adhering to varying compliance requirements.

• Effective and professional communication skills with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

• Ability to manage a busy inbox and multiple tasks without close supervision.

• Capacity for a work-from-home arrangement.

• A desktop or laptop with a 4th generation or higher processor, at least Intel i3 or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or above, or Mac OSX.

• Must have dual monitors.

• A wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a minimum plan of 10 Mbps for primary connection.
