Accounts Payable Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Process accounts payable while adhering to established minimum service levels.

• Support the AP Manager with research tasks and projects as required.

• Handle incoming purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.

• Route invoices for coding and approvals to various markets through workflow.

• Process purchase order invoices to ensure a 3-way match.

• Address pricing and quantity discrepancies on purchase orders/invoices in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager and Markets.

• Ensure vendor remittances are up to date.

• Manage leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.

• Process manual invoice requests within the established service levels.

• Handle payment batches and check registers.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in high volume accounts payable.

• Familiarity with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic is preferred.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; adaptable to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• High school diploma and an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
