Accounts Payable Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out accounts payable procedures, ensuring timely adherence to payment deadlines.

• Examine, input, and manage invoices, payment slips, and various financial documents.

• Arrange payments using the banking system.

• Oversee and track payment approvals in collaboration with the relevant departments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in the monthly financial closing process.

• Provide support to suppliers regarding any payment-related inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, tax laws, and financial protocols.

• Generate departmental reports and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience with accounts payable procedures.

• Understanding of bank reconciliation and payment processes.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred; experience with SAP is advantageous.

• Organized and analytical individual with strong interpersonal abilities.

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
