Accounts Payable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive accounts payable processes, encompassing the intake, distribution, and entry of invoices and payment requests.

• Prepare and execute ACH, wire, and check payment cycles.

• Reconcile vendor statements and oversee accounts payable aging reports.

• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and generate management reports.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with vendors.

• Investigate and resolve inquiries and discrepancies related to payments.

• Assist in developing accounts payable standard operating procedures, internal controls, and policy documentation.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Vendor Maintenance, Accounting, and Operations to address issues and enhance workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Required proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• A positive, service-oriented demeanor with an emphasis on process enhancements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
