Accounting and Finance Intern – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Offer consultative, solution-focused assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with partners and suppliers.

• Import credit transactions into the system and oversee the sale of these assets to affiliated funds.

• Assist in managing securitization and financing processes.

• Execute accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliations, and administrative tasks.

• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports based on department and customer data.

• Quickly adjust to new situations and contribute to enhancing internal processes by suggesting efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting or Business Administration.

• Location: Preference for candidates located in Curitiba and nearby areas.

• Experience: Prior experience in accounting and financial processes.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Google Drive.

• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Notion.

• Appreciate routine and task consistency, executing daily responsibilities with excellence.

• Willingness to learn and comprehend the reasoning behind each task while recognizing improvement possibilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances when required.
