Accounting and Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review, manage, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices for a designated client portfolio with accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle client-specific inquiries independently.

• Ensure reliable and efficient execution of tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues from Procurement, Accounting, and agency teams to develop practical solutions.

• Facilitate smooth processes and workflows.

• Actively participate in continuous process improvement and share your own insights.

• Prepare regular analyses, reports, and ad hoc evaluations.

• Assist in informed decision-making.

• Work alongside Media, Finance, and agency teams on the commercial management of client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.

• Ideally, have experience in an agency, media company, or similar environment.

• Knowledge of DML is a plus but not essential.

• Strong affinity for numbers, coupled with a structured and analytical work approach.

• Meticulous and dependable working style.

• Proficient German communication skills at C1 level.

• Proficient English skills at B2 level.

• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• A keen interest in business relationships, digital business models, and the media and communications sector is appreciated.
