Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing clients’ accounting processes within set timeframes.

• Collaborate directly with designated clients to grasp their specific requirements.

• Maintain a thorough, systems-oriented understanding of the client’s operations.

• Manage the computation of taxable income using the Actual Profit method and Differentiated Tax Treatment, when relevant.

• Foster clear, proactive, and organized communication, both internally and externally.

• Guarantee the precise and consistent execution of routine daily tasks prior to advancing to more complex responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Joinville, Santa Catarina, or surrounding areas; the role is remote, but applicants must live in the vicinity.

• Hold a degree in Accounting.

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in the industry.

• Have experience with daily operations in an accounting firm.

• Maintain an active professional accounting registration (CRC).

• Familiarity with the Domínio system, especially its Accounting modules (preferred).

• Experience in calculating taxable income under the Actual Profit method and with Differentiated Tax Treatment (preferred).

• Exhibit strong communication skills and a holistic perspective of the client’s business (preferred).

• Possess a dynamic work approach, avoiding a tendency to become complacent (preferred).
