Accountant – Project-Based Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the transition to a new ERP system through a one-year fixed-term project.

• Reconcile revenue from suppliers, including payments, documents, and outstanding balances.

• Generate additional invoices and payment requests as necessary.

• Update statuses for invoices and payments regularly.

• Verify supplier settlements within the ERP system and carry out other accounting responsibilities in 1C:8.3.

• Gather and organize payment data using Google Sheets.

• Maintain detailed settlement information and banking details for hoteliers.

• Operate within internal Extranet and CRM systems.

• Reconcile, issue, and cancel virtual credit cards as required.

• Keep an updated registry of active virtual credit cards.

• Address hotelier inquiries through chat and email communication.

• Make necessary adjustments, provide required documents and information, and process payments efficiently.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Economics or Finance is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant is necessary.

• Proficiency in Excel is expected at an advanced level.

• English language skills at a B2 level or above are required.

• Proficiency in the Russian language at a C1 level is essential.

• Familiarity with 1C/ERP financial software is preferred.
