Certified Public Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, and refresh financial records.

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial documents, expenses, and investments.

• Reconcile credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts on a daily basis.

• Establish financial accounts as required.

• Oversee the reconciliation of ledgers.

• Manage both accounts payable and receivable.

• Collaborate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns.

• Supervise bookkeeping activities.

• Ensure confidentiality of the company's financial information.

• Maintain current vendor accounts throughout the organization.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Handle purchases from China.

• Provide financial reporting, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic financial insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Preferably experienced in accounting or finance roles with a focus on the US Accounting System.

• Familiarity with accounting software, modules, and financial statements.

• Ability to work independently and exceed expectations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and related tools.

• Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB of computer memory/RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, and other systems are not acceptable.

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections.

• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.

• Webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording.
