Accountant – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding accounting and operational support to clients

• Assist in the client onboarding process for designated projects

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Execute bookkeeping entries and finalize monthly accounts

• Create financial reports and conduct analysis

• Work collaboratively with managers and team members through prompt and effective communication

• Manage daily client relationships within defined processes and budget constraints

• Identify and suggest additional services or tools to enhance client value and efficiency

• Engage in regular team and one-on-one video meetings

• Explore and implement software solutions while managing and documenting internal workflows

• Offer guidance to clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required

• At least 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly book closings, and financial reporting and analysis

• Minimum of 1 year of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite

• Ability and willingness to work during standard business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST)

• Experience in a multi-client setting is highly desirable

• Proven ability to manage daily client relationships according to established processes and budget limitations

• Strong passion for exceeding client expectations and aiding businesses in achieving success

• Dedication to upholding the highest level of confidentiality when handling client data

• Confidence in adapting to and adopting new technology to address client challenges

• Openness to receiving coaching and feedback, and willingness to implement necessary changes
