This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more states.

• Enter transactions into SAP

• Close and reconcile sub-ledgers, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank, and Intercompany

• Record and reconcile payroll across multiple countries

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and aid in the preparation of variance analyses

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, such as VAT returns, statutory financial documents, CIT returns, and other filings

• Carry out analyses and contribute to additional projects as assigned

• Provide assistance in statutory closing and the preparation of financial statements

• Report to the Manager of Accounting and Controls within the Accounting team

• Experience in accounting post-qualification

• Must be available during the EMEA timezone

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Familiarity with core finance systems; experience with SAP or similar platforms is advantageous

• Understanding of GAAP principles and compliance

• Strong financial analysis capabilities

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet ongoing deadlines

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
