Account Success Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Foster strong customer relationships that enhance retention and loyalty, especially during the initial phase of the customer journey with WM.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and customers to facilitate effective onboarding.

• Conduct transition meetings from Sales Representative to OBC to manage onboarding processes.

• Review and validate customer setup information.

• Reach out to customers prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date.

• Verify container delivery in MAS and assess routing to ensure service on the scheduled day.

• Contact customers to confirm that they have received the container and to discuss the planned service day.

• Follow up after the first service to ensure completion meets the customer's satisfaction.

• Review invoices with customers to confirm that service levels and contamination charges are accurate.

• Conduct transition meetings from OBC to account manager to address future needs and concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside and work in the United States.

• Must live within a 50-mile radius of the Phoenix business unit.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or, if lacking a degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) plus 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (in addition to educational qualifications).

• Capability to perform repetitive motions.

• Good eye/hand/foot coordination.

• Ability to sit, talk, and hear.

• Proficiency with standard office equipment (computers, phones, copy machines, etc.).
