This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement territory business strategies to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Enhance product adoption through impactful customer engagement and education.
• Navigate intricate patient pathways and facilitate access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.
• Assist in the execution of launches, including pre-launch preparation and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Utilize field insights to shape strategy and enhance execution.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of products, disease states, and market dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Connect with healthcare providers, foster customer relationships, and achieve commercial goals within a designated territory.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Profound understanding of intricate patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Recent involvement in a product launch is highly preferred, including knowledge of pre-launch planning and initial market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and tactics for early market penetration.
• Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven record of strong and consistent performance against quotas and territory objectives.
• Demonstrated success in executing against target metrics with year-over-year improvements.
• Proficient in the use of computers, devices, and office equipment; effective communication skills; ability to move occasionally; screen work; basic hand coordination; and focus.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region and for company-related purposes as necessary.
