This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement territory business strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare providers and essential stakeholders.
• Promote product usage through impactful customer interactions and education.
• Navigate intricate patient pathways to facilitate access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.
• Assist in the execution of product launches, encompassing pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Utilize field insights to shape strategy and enhance execution.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of product details, disease states, and market dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and corporate policies.
• Operate in the field to drive commercial success within a designated territory.
• Aid in product launches, promote adoption, and assist patients in accessing innovative therapies.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Profound comprehension of complex patient pathways and dynamics of specialist prescribers.
• Recent involvement in a product launch is highly preferred, including knowledge of pre-launch planning and initial market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and tactics for early market penetration.
• Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven history of strong, consistent performance against quotas and territory objectives.
• Evidence of meeting target metrics with year-over-year improvement.
• Capability to fulfill the physical and mental demands of the position, including regular use of computers/devices, effective communication, occasional movement, screen work, basic hand coordination, and focused attention.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region and for company-related activities as necessary.
