This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Implement territory business strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare providers and essential stakeholders.
• Promote product utilization through impactful customer engagement and educational initiatives.
• Navigate intricate patient pathways to facilitate access to therapies.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.
• Assist in the execution of launches, including pre-launch preparations and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Utilize field insights to shape strategies and enhance execution.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of products, disease states, and market dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Interact with healthcare providers, foster customer relationships, and achieve commercial objectives within a designated territory.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Profound understanding of complex patient pathways and dynamics of specialist prescribers.
• Involvement in a recent product launch is highly preferred, inclusive of familiarity with pre-launch planning and initial market execution.
• Experience in formulary access strategies and tactics for early market penetration.
• A strong advantage for those with experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven history of strong and consistent performance in meeting quotas and territory objectives.
• Evidence of execution against target metrics with year-over-year advancements.
• Comfort with regular use of computers, devices, and office equipment, along with clear communication, occasional movement, screen work, basic hand coordination, and sustained concentration.
• Willingness to travel within a specified region for company-related purposes as required.
