This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Implement territory business strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Promote product adoption through impactful customer engagement and education initiatives.
• Navigate intricate patient pathways and facilitate access to therapeutic options.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.
• Assist in the execution of product launches, including both pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Utilize field insights to shape strategies and enhance execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product, disease state, and market dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Profound knowledge of complex patient pathways and dynamics of specialist prescribers.
• Recent participation in a product launch is highly preferred, with knowledge of pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and tactics for early market penetration.
• A strong plus for experience in selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of achieving strong, consistent performance against sales quotas and territory goals.
• Demonstrated ability to execute against target metrics with continuous year-over-year improvement.
• Capability to regularly operate a computer, devices, or other office equipment.
• Clear communication skills, basic hand coordination, focus, and occasional movement are required.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within a designated region and for company-related purposes as necessary.
