This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Implement territory business strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Promote product adoption through effective customer engagement and education efforts.
• Navigate intricate patient pathways and facilitate access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to enhance customer and patient outcomes.
• Assist in launch execution, which includes planning prior to launch and strategies for adoption afterward.
• Utilize field insights to shape strategy and enhance execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and market conditions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Work collaboratively across functions to support product launches, drive adoption, and enhance patient access to innovative therapies.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Profound understanding of complex patient pathways and dynamics of specialist prescribers.
• Recent involvement in a product launch is highly desirable, including knowledge of pre-launch strategies and initial market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and tactics for early market penetration.
• Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of strong and consistent performance against quotas and territory targets.
• Evidence of achieving target metrics with continual improvement year-over-year.
• Capability to regularly operate a computer, devices, or other office equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic hand coordination, focus, and occasional mobility.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region and for company-related purposes as required.
