• Proactively engage with clients and manage incoming inquiries

• Discuss client objectives and align solutions accordingly

• Provide clear explanations of services and outline subsequent steps

• Monitor activities and keep accurate records in the CRM

• Aid in retention efforts through continuous communication

• Assist individuals and small businesses in understanding and accessing tailored financial solutions

• Handle both inbound and outbound communications while offering thoughtful suggestions based on clients' goals

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous
