• Actively reach out to clients while managing incoming inquiries

• Assist in retention initiatives through continuous communication

• Oversee both inbound and outbound communications

• High school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is advantageous

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting
