Account Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Make daily outbound cold and warm calls to care homes, agency managers, and care providers based in the UK.

• Identify and connect with decision-makers involved in business development, marketing, and agency operations.

• Assess prospects, recognize staffing or client acquisition requirements, manage objections, and finalize sales via phone.

• Inform UK clients about platform offerings and convert qualified leads into active subscribers.

• Accurately monitor outreach, follow-ups, lead statuses, and conversion metrics within the CRM system.

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs, which include outbound calls, connections with decision-makers, conversions, and revenue generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B telesales, outbound telemarketing, or business development.

• Proven ability to overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals over the phone effectively.

• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English, with a professional demeanor that fosters instant rapport with UK business leaders.

• Capability to work full-time hours that align with UK business hours from South Africa.

• A high-performance laptop or desktop that can run multiple applications for VOIP software.

• A fiber internet connection boasting strong stability, low latency, and secondary power/data backup options.

• A dedicated, quiet home office setup complemented by a noise-canceling headset.

• Previous experience in selling to the UK healthcare, social care, or recruitment sectors (preferred but not mandatory).

• Practical experience with contemporary VOIP platforms and sales CRMs (preferred but not mandatory).

• Knowledge of direct-response objection handling and consultative selling techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
