Account Representative – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outgoing and incoming phone calls with clients.

• Evaluate customers' circumstances to identify what they can genuinely afford.

• Clarify available options and set up feasible payment arrangements.

• Precisely record all conversations.

• Adhere to consumer-protection regulations relevant to the role.

• Remain on camera for the duration of the shift.

• Capability to engage in clear and self-assured discussions with unfamiliar individuals.

• Proficiency in basic mathematics, primarily involving percentages.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
