Account Representative – Healthcare EDI Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between healthcare clients and Quadax.

• Support clients in the setup, implementation, and daily operations of the Xpeditor electronic claims processing software.

• Provide training to both current and new staff on product functionalities and daily usage.

• Analyze reports to identify billing trends for clients.

• Offer clients additional products and features as appropriate.

• Reach out to insurance payers to investigate reasons for unpaid medical claims or claims that did not pass edits.

• Assist clients in developing custom data conversions and testing them during implementation.

• Travel by car or plane to Kansas City, Dallas, and Denver as necessary.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Associate's degree or higher required.

• Strong attention to detail with solid investigative and software troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Understanding of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.

• Ability to foster professional relationships with various clients.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Aptitude for learning essential functions across multiple departments and teams.

• Adequate public speaking skills.

• Prior experience working remotely is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality.
