This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with designated clients, ensuring that the company’s objectives are fulfilled and client requirements are met.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when addressing matters pertaining to assigned accounts.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain and expand the existing book of business by achieving customer satisfaction ratings, identifying upselling opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating on product improvements.
• Promote the advantages of ComPsych’s products and services to clients.
• Execute and oversee the effective delivery of customer programs, which includes communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution, and utilization reporting.
• Develop retention strategies and annual account planning in collaboration with the Director of Account Services.
• Identify the suitable delivery of ComPsych’s products and services, leading to tailored communication strategies and training.
• Arrange quarterly in-person meetings or conference calls with clients to discuss objectives, progress, and utilization.
• Assist fellow Account Managers in servicing larger and more complex accounts.
• Establish strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders.
• Uphold a professional demeanor that reflects ComPsych’s values and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in establishing and nurturing successful customer relationships is required.
• A background in healthcare is advantageous.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• A stable work history is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• A consistent and reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise are required.
• Ability to be on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, or events.
• Must be capable of sitting or standing at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
