Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with new and potential clients through outreach initiatives and follow-up communications

• Understand each client’s financial aspirations and obstacles

• Offer solutions that meet the specific needs and goals of clients

• Guide clients through the onboarding process and product configuration

• Keep thorough records of client information and activity logs using CRM tools

• Deliver ongoing assistance via regular check-ins and service updates

• Highly organized and capable of working independently in a remote environment
