Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with new and potential clients through outreach initiatives and follow-up communications

• Understand each client's financial goals and challenges

• Offer solutions that fulfill the clients' needs and objectives

• Support clients during the onboarding process and product setup

• Keep meticulous records of client information and activities in CRM systems

• Deliver continuous support through regular check-ins and service updates

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

• Highly organized and adept at working independently in a remote environment

• A proactive, client-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is advantageous
