Account Renewals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand relationships with current customers utilizing ComplyWorks and SafeContractor solutions.

• Assist customers throughout the renewal process by showcasing the value of contractor management solutions.

• Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Handle incoming calls and emails regarding renewals and negotiations.

• Employ effective negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial results.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue and customer engagement.

• Manage escalations involving both internal and external partners.

• Execute strategies and recommendations that facilitate successful customer renewals.

• Utilize consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both English and French.

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in sales and/or roles focused on renewals.

• Experience in developing new opportunities (“hunting”) and expanding existing accounts (“farming”) in a dynamic work environment.

• A strong passion for sales and renewals, coupled with a desire to advance your career in this domain.

• Proven track record of achieving successful customer renewals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or another CRM platform.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.

• Excellent combination of customer service, account management, and sales skills.
