Account Placement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client engagement process at Wing Assistant.

• Gather insights from potential customers through intake forms and utilize organization-wide ATS systems to identify suitable candidates.

• Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure alignment with the prospective client's requirements.

• Facilitate comprehensive discovery calls, assess client needs, showcase Wing's value, and introduce live vetted candidates during discussions.

• Secure deals while client interest is peaked, outline next steps, and formalize agreements in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.

• Maintain an up-to-date idle candidate pool that is easily taggable by role, industry, and availability.

• Retrieve 2–3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief within 10–30 minutes notice.

• Verify candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min, and identify substitutes before calls.

• Complete compliance and formal matching following deal closures.

• Ensure CSM/TA is informed about onboarding status in real-time.

• Demonstrated experience in managing outbound/discovery processes through to closure — not merely handing off qualified leads.

• Proven recruiting or sourcing background with genuine same-day turnaround capabilities, avoiding multi-day pipelines.

• Ability to improvise in real-time — adept at guiding a call and briefing a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot.

• Naturally quick and responsive — this role's pace is measured in minutes, not hours.

• Background in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales.

• Familiarity with async-first work in Discord/Slack as the primary communication platform.

• Proven history of proactively maintaining a “warm bench” of backup candidates.

• Track record of anticipating potential issues (candidate no-shows, client hesitance) before they arise.
