Account Placement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client engagement process at Wing Assistant.

• Gather potential customer insights through intake forms and utilize organization-wide ATS systems to identify suitable candidates.

• Conduct interviews to ensure alignment with potential client requirements.

• Facilitate comprehensive discovery calls, assess client needs, showcase Wing's value, and introduce live vetted candidates during calls.

• Finalize deals while client interest is at its peak; suggest next steps before concluding the call.

• Formalize agreements in Discord/JRF within 30 to 60 minutes.

• Maintain the idle candidate pool, ensuring it is up-to-date and tagged by role, industry, and availability.

• Source 2 to 3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief with 10 to 30 minutes’ notice.

• Verify candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min, while identifying backup options.

• Finalize compliance and formal matching following deal closure.

• Keep CSM/TA informed about onboarding status in real time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing outbound/discovery processes through to closure — not merely handing off qualified leads.

• Background in recruiting or sourcing with a genuine same-day turnaround, rather than multi-day pipelines.

• Ability to improvise in real-time — capable of steering a call and briefing a candidate in 10 to 15 minutes on the spot.

• Naturally fast and responsive — minutes, not hours, define the working pace of this role.

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales.

• Already adept at working asynchronously in Discord/Slack as the main communication platform.

• Proven track record of proactively maintaining a “warm bench” of backup candidates.

• History of anticipating potential issues (such as candidate no-shows or client hesitations) before they arise.
