This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout North America, focusing on retention, growth, and new business development.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities while building a qualified sales pipeline through direct outreach, customer relationships, partnerships, and the wider cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Foster relationships with CISOs, security leaders, SOC teams, technical stakeholders, procurement professionals, and executive decision-makers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's security landscape, priorities, and challenges to effectively position Fidelis solutions in relation to significant business and security outcomes.
• Create and implement account and territory strategies that pinpoint opportunities for expansion, competitive displacement, and new target accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact and discovery through technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to advance opportunities.
• Build effective relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and strategic allies to broaden Fidelis' market reach and generate new opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring clear visibility into deal statuses, next steps, risks, and anticipated closing dates.
• Consistently meet or surpass assigned revenue goals.
• Keep a robust understanding of the cybersecurity market, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
• Proven success in selling enterprise cybersecurity software and solutions.
• Strong history of achieving sales objectives and closing intricate enterprise deals.
• Experience in managing and enhancing existing strategic accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security operations and technologies such as network detection and response, endpoint security, threat detection, incident response, deception, XDR, or similar cybersecurity platforms.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical security teams and senior executives.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners and navigating both direct and partner-led sales processes.
• Methodical approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM practices.
• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a distributed organization.
• Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
