This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee facilities within the designated territory, handling positions, candidate submissions, confirmations, issue resolution, and customer support.
• Serve as the intermediary between Placement Consultants and facilities.
• Assess facility requirements and align suitable candidates with available positions.
• Evaluate applications to ensure candidate quality control.
• Advocate for healthcare professionals and Cross Country to facilitate job interviews.
• Reach out to facilities to add and update their requirements.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on outstanding submissions, extensions, renewals, and P1s.
• Engage in communication and negotiation with both internal and external clients.
• Verify contract specifics with facilities and Placement Consultants.
• Cultivate robust working relationships with Cross Country teams and departments.
• Collaborate with Account Management, IVS Managers, Clinical Liaison, Recruitment, Sales, Payroll, and Billing teams.
• Represent and advocate for Cross Country business initiatives.
• Deliver professional service to both internal and external clients.
• Monitor aligned associate productivity and escalate concerns to the Account Management Manager.
• Provide backup support for colleagues or associates during their absences.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned, with or without accommodation.
• Previous experience in a business office setting, ideally within staffing, medical, or sales.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including databases, email, Excel, and MS Word.
• Ability to work collaboratively while being self-motivated to surpass goals and objectives.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, be level-headed, focused, and attentive to details.
