Account Manager – Strategy, Client Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily client relationship for a designated portfolio of clients.

• Serve as the primary strategic consultant by comprehending clients’ business objectives.

• Conduct monthly strategy reviews, performance evaluations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Address high-level client challenges and cultivate trust at the executive level.

• Convert paid social performance data from platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube into creative briefs and successful advertising concepts.

• Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives across the client portfolio.

• Recognize retention risks and develop proactive expansion strategies for each account.

• Propose scope enhancements and transition clients from one-time pilot packages to ongoing monthly retainers.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to pinpoint high-performing ad hooks and angles, as well as promote creative iterations, remix bundles, and whitelisting.

• Maintain a high-level overview of project milestones through the project manager.

• Align client expectations with internal production capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Strategy within a performance marketing or UGC agency.

• In-depth knowledge of the paid social media landscape.

• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok advertising mechanics, including hook rates, hold rates, and performance drivers.

• Demonstrated success in growing client accounts and securing retainer renewals.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

• Superior presentation abilities.
