This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement the territory strategy for Baden-Württemberg.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies, which include segmentation, territory mapping, account prioritization, and setting milestones.
• Establish strategic partnerships with educational authorities, municipal leaders, and school executives.
• Chart decision-making pathways and synchronize with policy and budget cycles.
• Oversee the complete acquisition and expansion process of strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors, budget owners, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage multi-stakeholder closing plans until signed agreements are in place.
• Utilize consultative, framework-driven sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams for onboarding, implementation, results, expansion, and references.
• Cultivate a reliable partner network comprising associations, advocacy groups, and integrators.
• Present at and organize conferences, roundtables, and policy forums.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales in Germany and work in tandem with teams in Munich, London, and Oslo.
• Proven B2B new-business experience in creating and closing deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing lengthy sales cycles and fostering consensus to achieve closures.
• Prior experience selling to the educational or public sector is highly advantageous.
• Capacity to establish credibility and trust with individuals from the C-suite to school leaders.
• Intentional face-to-face interaction and capability to secure executive sponsorship.
• Proficiency in devising targeted go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in market segmentation and mapping out decision-makers.
• Familiarity with phased milestones, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and accurate forecasting using HubSpot.
• Skill in conducting structured discovery and developing quantified ROI cases.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger methodologies is an asset.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based anywhere within the Baden-Württemberg region.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
