This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, oversee, and expand Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Take ownership of budgets, bids, keyword harvesting, negation, and optimization of placements.
• Manage large-scale campaigns utilizing Amazon bulk files and bulk sheets.
• Create structured testing methodologies grounded in clear hypotheses.
• Track advertising performance against growth and efficiency objectives.
• Identify and resolve listing suppressions, variation challenges, detail page errors, policy warnings, and inventory or fulfillment issues.
• Handle Seller Central cases from initial submission to resolution.
• Escalate unresolved cases through the appropriate Amazon support channels.
• Oversee Brand Registry, brand protection tools, infringement reports, and listing violations.
• Perform keyword, competitor, and market analysis using Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Spot growth opportunities and convert data into actionable strategies.
• Clarify performance outcomes, their causes, and suggest next steps.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, analysis, listing copy, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate weekly or biweekly client meetings.
• Present outcomes, set priorities, and manage client expectations.
• Engage with founders and marketing leaders.
• Handle client communication when marketplace issues arise.
• Proven track record in independently managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Experience in managing significant Amazon advertising budgets with quantifiable results.
• Advanced understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Hands-on experience in resolving Amazon account health and compliance challenges.
• Strong familiarity with Seller Central and case management processes.
• Proficient in using Amazon bulk files and executing bulk campaign operations.
• Experience with Brand Registry, brand protection measures, and violation reporting.
• Knowledge of Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research tools.
• Practical experience with AI tools in Amazon or marketing workflows.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Confidence in leading regular client-facing discussions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple brands simultaneously.
