Account Manager – Performance Marketing Agency

📋 Description

• Assist account teams by serving as the operational backbone, ensuring projects progress smoothly.

• Manage client relationships, fostering trust, communicating proactively, and resolving issues.

• Supervise daily media and creative implementation.

• Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data, identify opportunities, and inform strategy.

• Convert metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.

• Take charge of forecasting, budget management, and campaign pacing.

• Keep clients and teams updated on marketing and industry trends.

• Utilize generative AI tools to enhance workflows, generate ideas, and optimize execution.

• Document and disseminate AI insights to foster team development and innovation.

• Experiment with and refine the use of AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an agency or client services setting.

• Demonstrated success in performance marketing, including the execution and optimization of paid media.

• Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams to reach ambitious objectives.

• Financial proficiency, including managing budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to interpret campaign metrics and adjust strategy as needed.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Comfortable with utilizing and learning AI tools.

• Residency in the U.S. or Canada.
